Our deli showcases our range of house made charcuterie, including smoked chicken, duck, salmon, trout, sausages, ham, bacon, cheese, octopus, mussels, salt, olives, terrines, jerky and pates as well as a carefully curated range of artisanal local, Australian and international produce including salami, cured meats, sauces, relishes, jams, crackers etc.
